Hey everyone,

First of all, sorry for the delay on this post. The past few weeks have been quite busy, between my main job, personal matters, and a lot of work here implementing and testing the new GD04 cards.

The release of this set in New Cards Preview Mode took longer than I expecte. Ill make an extra effort to have future sets available earlier. This collection introduced lots of new mechanics and flows, which required rebuilding parts of the core system and extensive testing.

Over the past few days, most bugs and problematic interactions have already been addressed, but I’ll keep a close eye on our Discord / #bug-reporting channel to ensure we start the new season in great shape.

New Season & New Meta

In a few hours, GD03.2 will come to an end, and the new season will begin shortly after. As always, GD04 will be fully valid from the start, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how the new cards shape the meta.

About meta, yesterday we already had an Eagles online tournament featuring the new set already. I am very happy to see my compatriot and friend Bonow take the top spot. I’ve had the chance to play against him a few times, easily one of the best Gundam players I’ve ever faced, always focused, always respectful, awesome guy!

The new meta is starting to settle, and it’s been great to watch it evolve.

I’m especially happy to see Impulse Gundam showing up and performing better than I initially expected. It’s also interesting to note that the Corsica Base restriction didn’t remove the card from play. That said, BP Rush decks remain as efficient as ever.

MSA Royal Battle Tournament - 100+ Pilots Wanted

We’re kicking off the first Royal Battle for Steel Requiem .2.

This is a call for a minimum of 100 pilots/registrations - once we hit that mark, the tournament will be scheduled for the following Saturday night (7:50 PM ET / 11:50 PM UTC).

It will be a larger scale showdown where you can earn Ranked Points, Supporter Access and fight for free entry to the next Eagle’s Online Locals. Secure your spot early and be ready.

A few adjustments went live today:

• Some card effects were refined to better match the official rules

• Offensive nicknames are now blocked (attempts will be flagged)

• You can now view the exiled cards pile from the discard modal (when applicable)
